The Glenwood Springs Saturday Farmer’s Market begins its 27th Season in the mid town area at Rite Aid Pharmacy, across the street from the new High School, in the 1400 Block of Grand Avenue. The new location offers ample parking and vendor space.
The Farmers Market operates on a set of bilaws established by the charter members in 1986. The Saturday Market is small in size, but is primarily a fresh produce venue, and does not include crafts or prepared foods. Slow(down) time music is provided by the "Farmhand String Band". The Market is run by the members and operates on limited resources. This helps keep costs low, and prices down. The Saturday Market can supply all your weekly, local, fresh food needs.
